Quality control

In all its manufacturing units, SGD develops fully automated control systems, from composition to the final packing of the bottles, centred on the dimensional, functional and visual aspects of the bottles.

In the laboratory, physicochemical controls validate the composition of the vitreous mixture. Carried out systematically for each production of bottles and each type of glass, the purpose of the hydrolytic resistance tests is to assess the stability of the glass.
