Plastification
The principle of plasticization involves coating the bottle surface with an envelope composed of 60 % PVC (plastisol). The bottles are preheated to more than 400°C, and then dipped in a PVC suspension, immediatly inverted before proceeding to heating station at 250°C to set coating.
- This fine layer of PVC protects the bottles against shocks. European directive 75/324/EEC requires the plastification of glass bottles intended for aerosol use.
- It provides an effective protection of the packaged product against light rays.
- It provides valuable differentiation of your pharmaceutical packing and your product offering wide possibilities for finishing and personalizing the bottles by decoration.
