Driving sustainability, beyond the boundaries of our organization
Meet Victoria DIANOVA, Group CSR Manager for SGD Pharma.
Viktoria joined the Group in 2023 as an intern, fresh from completing her studies and eager to turn her passion for sustainability into meaningful action. Three years later, she’s co-leading and shaping the sustainability journey for the entire Group – a trajectory that says as much about SGD Pharma’s commitment to young talent as it does about her own drive.
As Group CSR Manager, Viktoria’s role combines strategy and collaboration – from defining and deploying the sustainability roadmap to leading reporting initiatives, including the annual Sustainability Report (see link in comments) and external assessments such as Ecovadis and CDP.
Succeeding in this role means working closely with teams across the organization – turning sustainability ambitions and targets into concrete actions and ensuring that environmental, social, and governance principles are embedded throughout the business.

But sustainability doesn’t stop at the factory gates – it extends across the entire value chain. One of the 2025 initiatives that Viktoria is particularly proud of is the CSR assessment of critical suppliers. Developed with the procurement team, it provides a structured approach to understanding how key suppliers integrate environmental, social and ethical practices into their activities. 93% of critical suppliers have now been assessed – giving SGD Pharma a clearer, more actionable view of risk and performance across its value chain.
