It will enable the company to increase its responsiveness, production capacity and ability to innovate to meet the evolving needs of the European pharmaceutical market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The integration of Alphial ideally complements the group\u2019s existing activities in Europe, as well as its tubular production site in Vemula (India), recently reinforced by a joint venture with Corning. Alphial will also be present at the CPHI: come and discover how this expansion redefines tubular glass packaging on stand 8.0G1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span><span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><strong>The new products presented at CPHI 2025<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SGD Pharma continues its leadership by unveiling its flagship Sealian platform.<br>This internal surface treatment for moulded glass bottles creates a reinforced protective barrier that preserves sensitive medicines, improves chemical resistance (especially to alkaline solutions) and reduces interactions between the medicine and its container.<br>Available in clear or amber glass, for capacities ranging from 3 ml to 500 ml, Sealian is suitable for all routes of administration (parenteral, oral, nasal).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span><span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><strong>Other innovations exhibited at CPHI 2025:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>IDENCY<\/strong>: a complete range of bottles of 6 ml, 10 ml and 20 ml, combining the chemical and mechanical resistance of moulded glass with external dimensions comparable to those of standard tubular glass, for perfect compatibility with filling and finishing lines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p lang=\"en-US\"><span><span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><strong>Sterinity EZ-fill\u00ae<\/strong>\u00a0: flacons en verre moul\u00e9 pr\u00eats \u00e0 l\u2019emploi (RTU), st\u00e9riles, flexibles et de haute qualit\u00e9.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ensiemo<\/strong>: complete pharmaceutical packaging system of type III with pipette, now available with tamper-proof and child-resistant caps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p lang=\"en-US\"><span><span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><strong>Velocity\u00ae Vials<\/strong>: type I tubular glass vials with a low-friction external coating developed with Corning, allowing for optimized filling and finishing operations\u2014reduced friction, improved yield (up to +20 to +50% efficiency) and decrease of the generated particles up to 96 %.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span><span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">SGD Pharma will also present <strong>Proseal+<\/strong>, a new advanced external treatment for moulded and tubular vials, which improves protection against moisture and oxygen, thus extending the shelf life of pharmaceutical products.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span><span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><strong>A reinforcement of services and sustainable engagement<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span><span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">The new SGD Pharma Lab Services department is now fully operational. It offers analytical tests to pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies, CMO\/CDMO and other glass packaging stakeholders.
