This alliance aims to bring cutting-edge technology and production expertise to the region by combining know-howfrom the manufacture of high-quality glass canes by Corning to SGD Pharma\u2019s expertise in converting glass vials and ampoules for the pharmaceutical industry. For SGD Pharma, this project aims to ensure the supply of quality glass canes with the aim of providing primary packaging to its Indian and international clients from the state of Telangana.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"344\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sgd-pharma.com\/app\/uploads\/2026\/07\/teleganda-2.jpg\" alt=\"teleganda\" class=\"wp-image-1625\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sgd-pharma.com\/app\/uploads\/2026\/07\/teleganda-2.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.sgd-pharma.com\/app\/uploads\/2026\/07\/teleganda-2-300x101.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.sgd-pharma.com\/app\/uploads\/2026\/07\/teleganda-2-768x258.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Akshay Singh, Global Manager of SGD Pharma India, is delighted with this collaboration: &#8220;We are proud to partner with Corning and the state of Telangana and thus strengthen the strength of the pharmaceutical industry in Telengana by securing the entire primary packaging supply chain.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">150 jobs will be created in the Mahabubnagar region of Telangana.
