This ranking, published annually for the past four years by Capital magazine, is based on a survey of 20,000 employees conducted by the Statista institute.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SGD Pharma employs more than 3,000 people across three continents, in a wide variety of rewarding roles dedicated to patient health and safety. Safety is one of the Group\u2019s top priorities, for patients and employees alike. Targeted prevention initiatives are carried out every day to strengthen safety across all Group sites, particularly at its five plants. Every year, on \u201cWorld Safety Day\u201d, workshops are held to raise employee awareness, prepare them for different situations and ensure that emergency procedures are in place. The aim is to apply EHS best practices based on sharing experience between sites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>SGD Pharma, a responsible and attractive employer <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a sector with highly specific skills and sometimes demanding working conditions, maintaining and developing skills and know-how is a key challenge.
