In addition, the sustainability weighting in supplier evaluations has been raised from 10% to 20%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Revising the Group\u2019s HR policy to formalize our approach to developing a safe, fair, and inclusive workplace, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A commitment to ensuring a living wage for all permanent employees by 2028. <br> Deployment of the French Gender Equality Index methodology across all locations. <br> Strengthening our labor relations framework. <br> While we celebrate these achievements, we remain focused on the road ahead.
