Ready-to-Use vial range for aseptic filling. Manufactured in Felino, Parma, Italy, it includes tubular and molded Type I borosilicate glass vials supplied, washed, depyrogenated, sterilized, and ready to fill.

Designed for liquid and lyophilized drug products, the range reduces on-site preparation steps and supports efficient aseptic filling.

Packaging Configurations

  • Glass-in-Touch — Direct vial-to-vial contact. 
  • Zeus Pack — Rigid PET tray with separator grid; prevents vial contact during handling, transport, and filling, and allows for a smooth filling process.

RTU Preparation Process

  • Washed with Water for Injection (WFI)
  • Depyrogenated and sterilized through heat
  • Validated sterilization without Ethylene Oxide (EtO)
  • Laboratory controls for sterility, bacterial endotoxins, conductivity, and particulates
  • Processed in ISO 7 / Grade C and ISO 5 / Grade A cleanroom environments
