SGD Pharma’s Zhanjiang plant is the first glass manufacturer in China certified to produce ISO 14021-compliant post-consumer recycled (PCR) glass with 20%–30% PCR content. This initiative decreases the use of virgin raw materials and lowers carbon emissions by reducing energy consumption during the melting process.
