SGD Pharma Group named "BEST EMPLOYER 2020" in Capital's ranking
As it does every year, Capital magazine unveiled its ranking of France's top 500 employers in January.
This year, SGD Pharma was ranked 6th in the "Heavy Industry and Materials" sector by its own employees and by employees across the sector.
This ranking reflects the performance and proactive Human Resources policy of the SGD Pharma Group.

Survey methodology
Statista is a leading data portal providing a wide range of statistics and strategic data to businesses. The Hamburg-based institute also conducts international market and consumer research. It partnered with French magazine Capital for this exclusive survey on the HR brand image of large companies. "On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely would you be to recommend your employer to an acquaintance or family member?" and "Based on everything you know about the following employers in your industry, would you recommend them to an acquaintance or family member?".
Last autumn, Statista put these two questions to a panel of 20,000 people working in companies with more than 500 employees in France. Surveyed online, respondents were able to answer completely independently, without their management being informed. The institute then calculated an overall score out of 10, logically giving greater weight to employees' opinions of their own company than to their views on competitors. Of the 2,100 groups initially identified, only the 500 with the highest scores were included in the ranking. If a company does not appear, it is either because its score was not high enough or because not enough reviews were collected for the result to be meaningful.
