Following our recent furnace upgrade, using best available technologies to enhance energy efficiency and expand production capacity, we have dramatically reduced our carbon emissions in line with SGD Pharma’s strategy to be the leader in decarbonization in the glass industry.
 
With more than 800 employees, our Zhanjiang plant produces over 1 million glass bottles every single day. We serve clients worldwide.
  
🪄 Our integrated decoration workshop offers an incredible range of designs, textures and customized solutions including lacquering, silk printing, hot stamping, frosting, pad printing, gluing and many more sustainable technologies.
 
🔬 Every glass bottle passes through multiple inspection machines to deliver the highest quality standards. We’re certified under ISO 15378, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and SA 8000.
 
♻️ Zhanjiang plant is a leader in implementing the 3R principles (Recycle, Reduce and Reuse) in our process and product innovation: we use post-consumer recycled (PCR) glass, we produce lightweight bottles and offer patented refillable designs to constantly reduce our environmental impact.
