🔵 SGD Pharma onboarding apprentices days: connecting, challenging, and inspiring the next generation
At SGD Pharma, we firmly believe that our future is built with the talent we develop today.
With this ambition in mind, we welcomed our new apprentices in France and Germany for integration days dedicated to engagement, cohesion, and collective drive.
In France: 36 apprentices gathered at the Château de Pontarmé
A full day of collaborative activities, creative challenges, and cross-site exchanges designed to reveal the potential of each apprentice.
A great opportunity to strengthen our One Team spirit and spark motivation as they begin their journey within SGD Pharma.
In Germany : around 25 apprentices reunited in Schwangau, in the heart of the Bavarian Alps & Munich.
Three immersive days focused on trust-building, communication, and stepping outside one’s comfort zone: building a zip line, team challenges, safety exercises, and reflections on personal growth.
A program intentionally crafted to bring our core values to life: People, Customer, Excellence and One Team, empowering every apprentice to take ownership of their development.
These initiatives reflect our ambition: to train, inspire, and elevate the next generation of talent who will contribute to SGD Pharma’s excellence.
