Building on our 2024 risk mapping analysis, we’ve developed targeted mitigation measures tailored to each site and function, aligned with our goal to achieve ISO 37001 certification for our anti-corruption management system.

Meet Victoria DIANOVA, Group CSR Manager for SGD Pharma.
Viktoria joined the Group in 2023 as an intern, fresh from completing her studies and eager to turn her passion for sustainability into meaningful action. Three years later, she’s co-leading and shaping the sustainability journey for the entire Group – a trajectory that says as much about SGD Pharma’s commitment to young talent as it does about her own drive.

Water management isn’t a nice to have, it’s a strategic priority. From cooling machinery to washing and cleaning, proper water management is fundamental to ensure operational efficiency and product quality. We’ve set ambitious targets – to reduce water withdrawals by 42% per ton of glass produced by 2030 (vs 2020 baseline).

Container closure integrity (CCI) is a critical quality attribute throughout the lifecycle of sterile pharmaceutical products, helping to ensure product integrity and patient safety. However, numerous studies have shown that deep-cold storage conditions can increase the risk of temporary CCI failures that may remain undetected using conventional testing methods such as blue dye testing.
